From Booking to Delivery - Our Process

Step One​
Booking & Agreement

Navigate to the "Book Your Spot" tab and submit the contact form. Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email containing next steps and a link to the online service agreement. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please contact us directly. 

Step Two
​Pickup Scheduling

Once you have delivered, call or text us to coordinate pickup. Our pickup hours are 7am - 6pm, 7 days a week. A specialist will be dispatched promptly to retrieve your placenta. 

Step Three
Transport & Processing

We safely and securely transport your placenta to our dedicated laboratory. It is properly labeled, maintained in a controlled workstation throughout preparation, and carefully package for pickup or delivery. 

Step Four
Sanitation & Safety Protocols

Before we begin, we wash our hands in antimicrobial hospital grade soap and suit up in proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). We sanitize and disinfect the workstation thoroughly using OSHA approved sanitizing products.

Step Five
Preparation & Dehydration

The placenta is then prepared using the RAW method of preparation, sliced thinly, and placed on the parchment paper lined dehydrator trays. It is then dehydrated at 160 degrees until fully dry and ready for the next step.

Step Six
​Encapsulation


​The dehydrated placenta pieces are ground into a fine powder using a commercial grinder and filled into capsules using a pharmaceutical lab grade capsule machine.

Step Seven 
​Packaging & Quality Control

The capsules undergo  a final quality inspection, dusted off, and are transferred to a glass bottle. The bottle is then labeled, wrapped and packaged. 

Step Eight
Sanitation & Workstation Decontamination

All equipment is thoroughly washed and submerged in a sanitizing solution for 10 minutes. The entire workstation is disinfected and treated with a hospital-grade disinfectant to ensure complete elimination of blood borne pathogen per OSHA standards.

Step Nine
Delivery & Support


Once your order is complete, we will contact you to coordinate delivery or pickup based on your preference. All products include clear dosage and storage instructions. Capsules are ready within 2-4 days from original placenta retrieval.
